What is the Updated Policy of the iTunes Store (App Store) to Publish the App?

Apple has updated its iTunes Store (App Store) policy regarding publishing the application.

In order to comply with the Program License Agreement and App Store Review Guidelines, apps submitted to the App Store must from official entities. They require the seller name and company name to match the branding of the app. In order to comply with section 1.2 of the PLA, your app must be submitted by the appropriate brand, App name.

There are two types of organization accounts. You must have either Developer Program Account or Developer Enterprise Program Account.
1. Apple Developer Program (99 USD per membership year)
2. Apple Developer Enterprise Program (299 USD per membership year)

After creating the account, we advise you to add our account ([email protected]) to the development team of your Apple Developer account so that we can submit the app on your behalf.

Please note that while creating the account, your company or organization name must have the keyword of your App Name in it as per section 1.2 of the Program License Agreement (PLA).
