The application is based on the Flutter framework which is a Google's Toolkit. This allows the app to have an interactive design and a unique code. This cross-platform app works on Dart Language. This helps saves the time of development and increase in deployment efficiency.
The app has an exclusive section where the merchant can find the list of registered delivery boys. This will allow the app owner to quickly manage the employees and edit their information if required. The online delivery boys are easily visible in this section marking their presence.
The app provides the facility to shop owners to chat with the delivery boys. Thus, making the delivery process streamlined and hassle-free. Both merchant and delivery boy can raise queries with regard to the order delivery and answer them back in the same concern. Thus, saving time and removing any sort of conflict.
The delivery boy can validate the delivery process by adding the OTP before making the order status as complete. It ensures the safe delivery of products to the right customer. This makes the delivery process standardize and help the attainment of customer faith.
The application allows division of the orders under three order status- Open, Processing, and Complete. This segregation is visible on the dashboard of the app making order management more efficient. The status of the order changes as per action taken on it.
The merchant can manage the details about the delivery boy. Register them from the app and enter the mandatory details. This Flutter based application allows the merchant to the addition of new delivery boys for efficient order delivery processing.
The app allows the store owner to quickly assigned all the online orders to the delivery boy. The merchant can view the details of the orders and as per the viability of the delivery can assign them to the delivery boys. Thus, making the process systematic and hassle free.
