First, you must have the Magento 2 Multi Vendor Notifications extension installed on your Magento 2 Multi Vendor Marketplace store. Now, this extension allows the customers, admin, and vendors to view the order and review notifications.
The notifications can be seen in a particular section under their respective account panels. It allows the notifications to be saved as a history log that can be accessed at any time.
This notifications feature can be integrated within the Magento 2 Multi Vendor Mobile app and will come under customization(Paid Service).
