Enable/Disable Customer Feedback

Sellers/vendors can view all the customer’s reviews by using their mobile phones. They also have the functionality to approve or disapprove the customer’s feedback.

Customer feedback in any marketplace or store is important as many customers visit the marketplace daily, to get the information about the right seller or product users read feedback.

An option is available inside the product page where customers can write feedback for their particular product or sellers.

It is mandatory for any customer to give feedback after the product purchase to avoid fake feedback.

This feature includes an order ID option to avoid feedback from the wrong customer. They need to enter their order id before giving any feedback.
